You can’t hide behind the automation either. You need to have an aspect of human touch during the sales and follow up processes.
Scaling Up Requires More Human Touch
As you scale up, things like credit card declines increase, too and that’s where the human touch like a phone call is important. But you don’t have to be the one doing all of the back end stuff, you can have a team.
Automation Gives Back
You get your time back. You get to achieve your wildest dreams. It gives you peace of mind. You can focus more on your clients, programs and your family.
You don’t have to be a Fortune 500 business to put automation in place and scale to be a successful business.
If you’re just starting out, you need to:
- Learn how to sell yourself first.
- Understand that this is a process.
- Develop yourself. Understand it, even if you are going to hire it out.
- Be good at sales and then understand funnels.
- Get good at content that converts.
