THE STORY BEHIND THE SYSTEMS

About Dawn Marrs.

I didn't grow up dreaming of becoming "the automation lady."

The Beginning

Back then, I wanted to build things.

First it was code — I studied computer programming because I loved the logic and puzzle of making things work. Then it was storytelling — I earned a degree in public relations because I wanted to help people connect in meaningful ways.

For a while, I thought I had it figured out. I landed a job with the federal government. Good paycheck. Stability. Respectable career path.

But here's the truth nobody tells you:

A steady paycheck can feel like a prison when your soul is screaming for freedom

THE REALIZATION

I'd stare at the same beige walls, shuffle the same papers, covertly re-read The 4-Hour Workweek for the 3rd time.

And secretly wonder if this was it. If my whole life was destined to blur into decades of the same gray days.

So I left.

The Monster

I started my own business, convinced I'd finally unlocked freedom. Except… what I actually created was a monster.

I wasn't working 9-to-5 anymore — I was working 9-to-midnight. Every. Single. Day.

No sunsets. No happy hours. No time with my family.

Just a laptop, a million tabs open, and the constant stress of trying to keep up.

And that's when it hit me: I hadn't built a business.

I'd built myself another job. Only this time, there was no paid vacation, no benefits, no security. Just endless grind.

THE TURNING POINT

The only way out was scale

Which meant one of two things: hire people I couldn't afford… or learn how to make technology work for me.

So I chose the second path.

I became obsessed. I learned every tool. Every trick. Every system. I spent nights buried in Zapier flows, CRM setups, funnel builds, email automations. I broke things. I fixed them.

And somewhere along the way, I became a master at automation.

WHAT I SAW

Good enough that big companies started hiring me

And here's what I saw:

Behind the curtain, most 6- and 7-figure businesses aren't doing anything magical.

They just have systems.

Systems to follow up and close sales without dropping the ball

Systems to make every client feel like a VIP the second they say yes.

Systems to follow up and close sales without dropping the ball

Systems that turn happy clients into referral machines.

That's it.

THE MISSION

So I Took What I Learned

I took what I learned from the "big dogs" and built a system designed for the rest of us — the small business owners, the solopreneurs, the consultants hustling day and night just to keep things moving.

Because I believe — with my whole heart — that world-class systems shouldn't just belong to corporations with endless budgets.

You deserve them too.

I Know What It Feels Like.

I know what it feels like to be drowning in tech, duct-taping tools together, praying nothing breaks before your next sales call.

I know the heartbreak of missing another family dinner because you're trying to fix your website at 10 PM.

I know what it's like to have the dream of freedom feel like a cage you can't escape.

And that's why I do what I do.

Because I Also Know the Joy

Of finally watching everything click into place.

Of hearing your phone ping with a new appointment while you're watching your kid's soccer game.

Of welcoming a new client with an elegant onboarding flow that makes you look like the rock star you are.

Of sitting down to work and knowing your systems have your back — so you can actually breathe.

This is what automation should feel like.

Not cold. Not robotic. But liberating.

The Salesflows Growth Engine

I've built the Salesflows Growth Engine to give you exactly that: a system designed to run your business on autopilot so you can finally live the life you started this journey for.

Because freedom isn't about working harder.

It's about building smarter.

And I'd love to show you how
