• Best support in the industry. Since starting with Ontraport in 2014 they have consistently impressed me with their incredible level of customer service. You can be on chat in seconds, or a screenshare support Zoom, usually within an hour.
• It has a very robust connection with Zapier which means it can be integrated with just about any other app you can think of including online calendars and contract software.
• Integrates natively with many payment processors and merchant accounts (Stripe, PayPal, 1ShoppingCart, Authorize.net etc) and accounting software (Xero and Quickbooks.
• They have the best automation builder in the industry, hands down. No one else comes close as of this writing.
• Ultra customizable – if crafting a truly unique experience and journey for your prospects and clients is important to you, Ontraport may just be your spirit animal. The options for automation and page design are endless.

Cons

• Steep learning curve. This is probably the biggest complaint I hear about Ontraport. But with a system this powerful (the most powerful on the market in my opinion) it’s going to take a minute to find your way around.
• The HTML templates are still based on their older block technology which is clunky and looks outdated. Hopefully, this gets an overhaul soon.
• Doesn’t have a built-in calendar system which is crucial for service-based businesses (although this is in beta and scheduled for release in early 2023). It can be integrated with any other calendar system on the market (eg Calendly, AcuityScheduling, Once Hub) but almost every other all-in-one alternative now includes this feature.

Raw HTML Email – This is exactly what it sounds like, so if you have a template from another email marketing software that you love, you can just drop the code in here. This is also the builder you would use if you wanted to deploy a countdown timer like Deadline Funnel. It’s a great option to have.

With Ontraport Ontrapages, you can quickly and easily create beautiful pages that will convert your visitors into customers. Plus, it integrates with all of the leading email marketing platforms, so you can easily create powerful opt-in forms and landing pages to grow your list and boost your sales.

The page builder has just as much if not more functionality than a regular web page built on BeaverBuilder for example. However, it can take some getting used to as their navigation is different than what you may be used to in Leadpages or Clickfunnels.

It can do almost everything that Ontraport can do in theory, but Ontraport is much better when it comes to advanced automation, and the way they handle payment processing is better. HighLevel has a nicer page builder (similar to ClickFunnels), a built-in calendar, and handles two-way text messaging in a more user-friendly way.

Kartra

Kartra can do almost everything Ontraport can do as well, but it's not nearly as advanced when it comes to CRM and marketing automation. Kartra has a built-in calendar system and is more user-friendly overall, but you may find you're missing the more advanced features of ONtraport as you scale.

Clickfunnels

ClickFunnels has traditionally been a page builder, but with the introduction of ClickFunnels 2.0 they say they are an all-in-one marketing system. I love ClickFunnels landing pages but they've been buggy for everything else – I'd wait for them to work the kinks out before jumping in. Also, there are rumours they'll be charging a percentage fee for any payments processed via Stripe which is a non-starter for anyone processing large transactions.
