Just let them go! They aren't the people you need to keep for now.

Outsource What You Don't Like to Do

Outsource anything that you don't like to do. Right now! Even when you're not going through a hardship. Outsource things in your personal life, too.

Have All of the Timesavers

Make sure you have big and small timesavers. Small timesavers like email autoresponders and templates.

Outsource As Soon As Possible

Even if you aren't able to afford it at first, you need to outsource as soon as you can afford it. It is the only way you can be intentional about your day and stay in your zone of genius.
